Winston Ledet, Premium Retail Sales’ Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the development and delivery of services to our clients. He leads our efforts on EDI and service integration, market research, category insights and PLR preparation. Winston also plays an important role in helping to commercialize new innovative products for launch at retail.

Prior to joining Premium Retail Sales, Winston was in charge of space allocation and category management for Home Depot and led an internal innovation group called Orangeworks that launched new proprietary design products at Home Depot under private label brands. Winston also led corporate strategy at Home Depot for three years. Prior to that, Winston was a consultant with McKinsey and Company and has an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
