Who We Are

Experience matters. Premium Retail Solutions, a division of Premium Retail Services, is led by an array of seasoned retail and CPG veterans. Each member of our senior leadership team brings unique expertise in not only retail, but also in consulting and manufacturing. Leading our company with a proactive and customer-centric approach, our executive team is intensely focused on promoting a company culture that begins with winning strategies and finishes with in-store results, creating an unparalleled end-to-end retail management solution and a healthier bottom line for you.

Brian Travers - Partner/President, Premium Retail Services Co-Founder, Premium Retail Solutions

Brian joined Premium Retail Services in 1987, just two years after the company was founded by his father, Ron. As the architect of Premium’s infrastructure, Brian has focused on growing Premium with a seasoned senior management team, experienced field management, an all-employee workforce, proactive client services representatives and an innovative information technology group.

A driving force behind Premium’s first major growth period, Brian continues to expand our business by establishing and maintaining rock solid relationships with our clients. His customer-centric approach to customizing solutions for our clients ensures consistent achievement of their often unique retail objectives.

Having led both Premium’s sales group as well as our operations group over the years, Brian brings a well-rounded approach to delivering superior results for our retail and CPG partners.

Brian also co-founded Premium Retail Solutions with his brother Kevin Travers in 2008.

Kevin Travers - Partner/President, Premium Retail Services Co-Founder, Premium Retail Solutions

Kevin began his career with Premium in 1996 and like his brother Brian, has made his mark in both operations and sales. While heading operations, Kevin assembled an information technology team to custom-build Premium’s enterprise management system, Quick-Trax. Today, Quick-Trax is an essential component of our goal to more efficiently plan and execute programs while providing detailed reporting for our customers.

In 2006, Kevin transitioned to his current leadership role over Premium’s sales and marketing teams. Kevin’s strategy of targeting key CPG companies and retailers has led to Premium’s designation as a preferred service provider with many of these industry giants.

Much like his father Ron, Kevin’s focus is twofold: First, only by assembling an experienced sales team can Premium build and maintain key relationships. And by complementing the sales force with a forward-thinking strategic marketing team, Premium’s service offerings can remain at the forefront of retail service companies.

Kevin also co-founded Premium Retail Solutions with his brother Brian Travers in 2008.
