Tom joined Premium Retail Services in 2007 with 21 years experience in the consumer products and specialty retail industries. His strong belief in maximizing sales through successful product introductions and sales optimization drove Tom to establish Premium Retail Sales LLC within a year of his joining Premium. Leading his sales team of experienced former Home Depot executives, merchants and sourcing experts, Tom is a recognized expert in launching new products and getting the most out of existing programs.
Prior to joining Premium Retail Services and soon establishing Premium Retail Sales, Tom was Merchandising Vice President – Vendor Service with Home Depot where he developed, launched and operated the In-Store Service Program for more than 2,100 stores throughout the United States. Prior to Home Depot, Tom was Vice President – Sales & Service for St. Louis based Emerson Electric, where he held a number of assignments, including managing their largest customer, Home Depot, which included flagship brands like Ridgid, ClosetMaid, In-Sinkerator and Louisville Ladder. Tom began his career with Black & Decker and DeWalt where he held a number of assignments within sales, sales management and channel marketing. Tom is actively involved in NARMS, the National Association of Retail Marketing Services.
